Ordering
How long is the ordering period?
The preorder window will run for two months, starting July 15, 2025 and ending September 15, 2025. Orders must be placed during this time to guarantee availability.
How many items can I purchase?
There is no limit. You are welcome to purchase as many items as you’d like!
What currency do you use in listed prices?
On the product images, all prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars). Shopify can help convert the cost to local currency by selecting the region at the bottom of the page.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
As long as pre-orders are open - just let us know! We'll be able to cancel your order and start the refund process. After that, you can repurchase the exact bundle you want.
How long do refunds take?
Once we get your request, we will initiate the refund process within 24 hours. After we approve the refund, the refund may take up to 2-5 business days to reflect on the original payment source, per Shopify policy.
Shipping
Where will orders ship from?
All orders will be shipped from the United States.
Where can orders ship to?
We currently ship to all countries serviced by USPS International Shipping. Please check the USPS website or contact your local postal service to confirm whether your country is eligible. If you are unsure, feel free to email us.
When will my order ship out?
Orders are expected to ship in late 2025 or early 2026. We’ll provide updates along the way through email and our social media channels.
How long will it take to receive?
Shipping timelines vary based on your location and your country’s postal service. While we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, we’ll do our best to keep you updated once tracking is available.
Our current estimates are 3-7 days for North America and 1-4 weeks for international countries.
What if my address changes before shipment?
No worries! We’ll share an address change form before orders are shipped. It’s your responsibility to submit your updated address before the deadline. Make sure to follow our socials and check your email for production updates!
What happens if my package is damaged or lost?
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, we take great care in packing. We document every order with photos before shipment to ensure accuracy and condition.
If your order arrives with faulty items or you believe an item is missing, please contact us at mikagereozine@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant photos. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Why is shipping so expensive?
We understand the situation and would love to provide lower costs. The current price is the most affordable option for shipping to many countries. We are looking for people interested in organizing group orders to reduce shipping expenses. Stay tuned to our social media for group order updates.

What charity do the proceeds go to?
All proceeds after production costs will be donated to Doctors Without Borders, specifically to support humanitarian aid efforts in Palestine.
What are stretch goals?
Stretch goals are bonus rewards or upgrades that unlock when we hit certain sales milestones. For example, hitting a specific number of orders may unlock upgraded products or bonus merch items for eligible bundles.
